With a worldwide service network KROHNE provides after sales support in almost every country. This ensures an adequate and timely response to client service requests and guarantees the availability of qualified service engineers during start-up and commissioning of the provers and calibration solutions.
KROHNE offer site supervision during construction, followed by active involvement during cold & hot loop check, (pre-)commissioning, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and performance tests (if applicable). In preparation for the activities on-site, commissioning the required procedures and site work packages can also be provided by our expert team. As an alternative KROHNE also offers turnkey solutions which include all site-work related activities including metrological verifications and approvals.
To ensure an independent check, all measurements and calculations will be once more verified and compared during the SAT with third party verification software. Subject to local and/or client requirements, the local authorities will be invited to witness and verify the activities.
