OPTISONIC 4400 HP – Small high pressure variant (DN25 / 1")

OPTISONIC 4400 HP Ultrasonic flowmeter – Small high pressure variant (DN25 / 1")

The OPTISONIC 4400 HP is a 2-path ultrasonic flowmeter for liquids that are processed under extreme conditions with high operating pressure up to 490 bar / 7107 psi. This makes the flowmeter the perfect choice for accurate flow measurement of condensate and high pressure feed water or spray water measurement at power plants as well as well water injection in upstream oil production.

The dual path design of the flowmeter compensates for variable flow profiles, maintaining unaltered measuring performance. Due its rugged, fully welded construction and its large dynamic range, the OPTISONIC 4400 HP boasts an excellent long-term stability and performs with minimum operational and maintenance costs. The flowmeter comes as compact version or with field converter to be remotely installed. The meter is available with a wide range of materials as well as sizes and can also be used in hazardous areas. Digital communication options and extensive diagnostics round off the functionality of the device.
