System calibration & validation for wet gas and wellhead flow measurement
Achieving full performance in the field with reliable measurements
- Optimisation of the system according to application requirements
- Remote technical assistance by KROHNE experts
- Test plans and comparison of results
- Intuitive input of fluid properties for wet gas measurement systems
- Field validation of measurement performance
To achieve full performance in wellhead and wet gas flow measurement it is of importance to have the correct fluid properties as a known input for the measurement. The operators can be trained to upload the most up-to-date fluid properties to the measurement system on their own, or alternatively KROHNE engineers can undertake this work as a service.
To validate the performance of the wellhead and wet gas measurement system in the field, our experienced service engineers will devise a test plan and can compare the performance with tracer dilution systems for wet gas measurements, or with test separators for multiphase systems. On request, factory calibration of KROHNE wellhead and wet gas measurement systems can be performed in our factory, or in third party accredited facilities, depending on the type of instrument and geographical location.
