Operation & maintenance of sampling and analyser systems
Support agreements and scheduled checks and updates
- Maintenance contracts and service level agreements
- Pre-defined service rates and response times
- 24/7 Customer support and emergency helpdesk
- Periodic health checks and software updates
Sampling and analyser systems are particularly demanding in terms of regular maintenance and checks, usually carried out by site engineers, to check that the sample tubes are clear of blockages and that the analytical systems are functioning properly. Most of the faults that might need attention in these areas will be highlighted on the system diagnostics. When any problems arise in these areas, KROHNE engineers are available for advice, and within the scope of the scheduled services agreement are available to deal with unexpected problems, as well as for the scheduled services.
Maintenance and service level agreements can be arranged with predefined fixed rates with agreed response times according to the individual requirements of the client, and the demands of the application. Such service agreements typically involve a periodic review of diagnostics from site, and the process parameters, offered as a remote service to regularly diagnose the system status and performance. Any software updates might be conducted remotely or on site.
